Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Glowmart is bound to provide proper redressal to our consumer and consumer complaints.

What does "complaint" mean ?

Grievance means any issue related to the product/service which the consumer has received from the Glowmart Platform and the consumer is seeking resolution of the same.

In case of any query or complaint the consumer can contact and reach us through the 'Contact Us' and 'Help Centre' tabs available on this page

In case your query/complaint remains unresolved, it needs to be escalated: In accordance with applicable laws, Glowmart has appointed a "Grievance Officer" to deal with your complaints.

Our 'Grievance Redressal Mechanism' is as follows:
  • On receipt of consumer complaints on the channels specified above.
  • The consumer shall receive the acknowledgment of his complaint within 48 (forty eight) hours through email or phone call or SMS, and The consumer will receive a system generated "Unique ID" to track the status of the complaint.
  • The "Consumer Care" and the "Grievance Officer" shall make every effort to resolve the complaint expeditiously within the time limits prescribed in the applicable laws.
  • A complaint shall be deemed to be closed and disposed of in the event of any of the following, namely:
  • When the consumer is informed by the consumer care/complaint officer/any other person associated with the website and the resolution of his/her complaint is provided.
